The soffit was ready for a makeover! We added much needed character to make you want to look up and admire every detail of the remodel!
This was just your basic metal building a customer bought for her forever home. They wanted to put a roof on it to look more like a home and not just a metal building. The builder came to us to help him design something that was suitable for the customer. We turned her metal building into a forever home that the customers could be proud of! WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!!

What a difference ICF makes for your energy efficiency. On the left is wood frame construction thermal imaging. The red/yellow areas indicate heat loss. The right side is a thermal signature of an ICF home. Almost no red is seen.
