Bobby Dale Clark, age 77, passed away on July 13, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and a deep love for his family.

Viewing will be available from 10:00 AM - 8 PM, Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 17, 2026, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, with Wes Stevens officiating. Military honors will be provided by Volleys for Veterans. Burial will follow at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Born on October 13, 1948, in Lubbock, Texas, to B.E. and Dorothy Mae Clark, Bobby moved with his family to Amarillo in 1952. Shortly after graduating from high school, he answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Hawaii until his honorable discharge in 1970.

Upon returning to Amarillo, Bobby began working at Plains Chevrolet. It was there that he met Debbie. They fell in love and were married on February 26, 1972, sharing a beautiful journey of 54 years that blessed them with Tyra and Bobby Shane.

Bobby possessed a lifelong passion for classic cars and drag racing, which beautifully shaped both his personal and professional life. Early in his career, Bobby spent many meaningful years working with his dad at Car City. Inspired by his dad having previously owned an auto auction, Bobby had always wanted to open one of his own. On July 13, 1988, he turned that dream into a reality with Debbie by his side, establishing USA Auto Auction, a business they owned and operated for 30 years. That family connection to the car business came full circle when Bobby also had the privilege of working with his son, Bobby Shane Clark, who shared his dedication and worked alongside him at both the auction and the car lot.

Above all, Bobby was a devoted family man who adored his children, and was a proud "Poppa" to his 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Bobby was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Mae Clark; his father, B.E. Clark; his stepmother, Bettye Clark; his stepbrother, Lester Tomlinson; his sister-in-law, Melissa Tomlinson; and his nephew, Brian Lair.

His memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife, Debbie Clark; his daughter, Tyra Blandford and her husband, Rhett; and his son, Bobby Shane Clark and his wife, Lacey. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren: Braxton Blandford and wife Jordan, Rainie Armas and husband Cesar, Dalton Blandford, Bobby Reise Clark, Ryleigh Clark, and Braylon Blandford; his two precious great-grandchildren, Casen Armas and Collins Blandford; his sister and brother-in-law, Marshi and Greg Lair; his stepbrother, David Tomlinson; brother-in-law, Richard Abel; sister-in-law, Donna Abel; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends; and his loyal German Shepard, Duke.

Terri Clarice Carter Bagot

September 1, 1950 to July 11, 2026

Terri Clarice Carter was born in Amarillo, Texas September 1, 1950. A graduate of Tascosa High School and a middle child, she was a true rebel. She and her best friend, Linda Foster, often got into “small scrapes” together, which made their mothers close and sympathetic friends. When she was younger, her hair was perfectly coiffed, in keeping with the Farrah Fawcett craze at the time. She was quite trendy in looks and personality.

Terri married Edgar Carl Podzemny II and had her first son, Edgar Carl Podzemny III in 1968. She worked at Yucca Petroleum Co. until its sale in 1980, at which time she became a Partner in Carter Investments. Terri married Edward Lee Bagot and had her second son, Hayden Edward Carter Bagot in 1985. She was a sales representative for J.Winston for several years. Later, Terri became owner and manager of Whispers, a consignment clothing shop, for 20 years. She served on the Executive Committee of the Jr. League of Amarillo, as President of the Family Guidance Center, and as a volunteer for numerous other organizations.

Terri was a dedicated daughter, sibling, wife, mother grandmother, and aunt. She devoted her life to family and friends. She had a loving, kind and sweet heart that was always open to those in need, and she was a lifelong Presbyterian. She was beloved by all those who knew her. As an example, one of her best friends, an excellent doctor, returned from Afghanistan with PTSD after treating many grievously injured soldiers. He was sad and distraught. Terri knew just the words to comfort him and helped him in his recovery so that he could move forward.

Terri Carter Bagot passed away July 11, 2026. She is survived by her sons, Edgar Carl Podzemny III of Houston and Hayden Bagot of Austin, and her grandchildren, Lily Podzemny, Ella Podzemny, Edgar Carl Podzemny IV, and Charlie Podzemny. She is also survived by her siblings Kay Brown, Winn Carter and Janice Carter, her brother-in-law Richard Brown, her step-mother Elizabeth Pounds Carter, her step-sister, Jana Pounds, her step-brother, Mike Pounds, and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father W.W. “Bill” Carter and mother Melba Carter and will be laid to rest next to them in Llano Cemetery in Amarillo.

A service for family and friends, led by Rev, Dr. Murray Gossett, Associate Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will be held at the Mausoleum Chapel in Llano Cemetery on Tuesday, July 14, at 10:30 AM. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
