1. Food Conference: When: Saturday June 27th
Time : 6 p.m. to 8 ish or whenever we are done
Place : Panhandle Meat Processing

Free food, live music, local speakers on local food. Milk, eggs, chicken, vegetables, honey, pork, beef, food regulations, the future of local food and markets.
Some vendors will have products for purchase also, talk about local and meet your producer……
There will be a Q and A series after the speakers, bring your questions and visit with local vendors……..
Have you ever toured the dry aging beef room? Come out and get a tour, it will be hot outside, but it is cool in the aging room……
