According to my husband, this is the best bread I’ve ever made. During lamination, I added everything but the bagel seasoning. I guess this will be the new go to in my house.

When we went to Michigan to visit family for Thanksgiving, we drove through Wisconsin where I purchased a hard white cheddar with blueberries and I just knew it would make a beautiful loaf of bread. And it did! My only regret is that I didn’t buy more of it!

It’s the season for CRANBERRIES!!!

Cranberries are a beautiful superfood packed full of nutrients and antioxidants! They are also amazing for our urinary tract health! Let’s chat a little bit about some of my favorite ways to prepare and preserve them for use all year long. You can tincture them, dehydrate them but my favorite preparation is to make a honey ferment with them. The honey ferment can be used for tea, atop desserts or sweet breakfast foods, or even as a spread for your homemade sourdough! If you’d like a video on how to make a cranberry honey ferment, comment below!

No matter how I prepare them, the first step is to pop them open, which you can do by squeezing them between your fingers. Can you say satisfying???
