Sunterra Storage Phase 2
Mini Storage Foundations went in yesterday!
Phase 2 of 3 consist of addition RV/Trailer parking and 22,500 SF of Climate controlled mini storage.
These projects are so much fun! More videos and pictures to come.
Grand Toy Storage Phase II is nearing completion.
(2) Buildings on Row B up front are completed and have occupancy ready for Lease!
(2) more buildings looking to be completed by the end of the week with Occupancy to follow.
Remaining (4) buildings will start erecting next week.
Project should be wrapping up by the end of October!

Friendswood Boat & RV Storage is getting a upgrade!
Out with the old in with the new! Retrofitting (85) storage units with new overhead doors.
Storage-Kings Katy Phase 1 is Complete. Just need some rain so the green will start coming in from the Hydro Mulch.
Phase 1 completed with (102) Covered Canopy Stalls 12’x40’ and (102) 12’x40’ parking spots.
Phases 2 & 3 will start 2023!
Great owners to work with on this one and excited to see what the future brings with these guys
