We’re excited to announce that we have partnered with GuardianVets, an after-hours veterinary triage service!

Have you ever worried about your pet after hours but weren't sure if it was a true emergency? Or maybe you've hesitated to call because you didn't want to bother the doctor unless it was absolutely necessary.

Now, you don't have to guess.

When you call GuardianVets, you'll speak with one of their certified veterinary technicians, who are specially trained to assess your pet's situation and help determine the best next step. They can answer questions, provide guidance, and help you decide whether your pet needs immediate care.

If they determine that Dr. Hoffman needs to be involved, they will contact him right away—so you can feel confident your pet is getting the care they need, when they need it.

Our goal is to:
- Give our clients access to professional veterinary guidance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Help you make informed decisions during stressful situations
- Improve work-life balance for our doctor while ensuring your pets continue to receive exceptional care

We are looking for a friendly, organized, professional, and detail-oriented person to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role helps create a welcoming experience for pets and their owners.

Position Details
• Full-Time: M–F 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Select Saturdays: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM
• Pay based on experience

Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and pets
• Answer phones & schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate client/patient records
• Process payments and invoices
• Help keep the front desk organized

Experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
