"January 12th
Andrew John Alameno, 37 years old, North Tower 105th floor

Andrew John Alameno was born on January 12, 1964 to Grace and Carmen Alameno in Philadelphia, PA. She had three sisters, Mary, Susan, and Donna, and a brother, Carmen. He grew up in Wildwood Crest, NJ, and lived in Westfield, NJ, in adulthood. Andrew attended and graduated from Wildwood Catholic High School in 1982 and Mount Saint Mary’s College in 1986. He met his sweetheart, Sally Cohen, when he saw her walking down Washington Street in Hoboken nearly every night for months, heading home from her step aerobics class wearing a University of Miami sweatshirt. One night, he saw her in a bar and sent his friend over to ask if she owned a University of Miami sweatshirt. The next day, he asked her out. Carmen said yes. They fell in love, got married, and had two children, Joe, age 5, and Nina, age 2 (at the time of Andrew’s passing). Andrew was a loving and devoted husband and father who made a point of always being home in time to have dinner with his family. In addition to his regular golf outings, Andrew’s children were his primary hobby. Andrew joked about retiring to North Carolina to become a professional golfer and had begun teaching his son, Joe, how to play. He enjoyed making golf clubs in the basement and had made Joe his own set of clubs, small enough for a 5-year-old to use. Andrew also loved Elvis and the Philadelphia Eagles. He was described by his friends and family as kind, upbeat, warm, and loving.

Andrew worked as a money market trader for Cantor Fitzgerald on the 105th floor of the World Trade Center’s North Tower. He was well-liked at the firm and made a lot of close friends there. On the morning of September 11, 2001, Andrew was working on the 105th floor when Flight 11 struck the North Tower, leaving his floor and all of Cantor’s offices above the impassable impact zone. None of the firm’s attending employees survived the attack, including Andrew. Though his life was sadly taken on September 11th, Andrew’s love, accomplishments, and memories are forever cherished and remembered. His life and legacy are never forgotten.

"October 27th
Craig D. Montano, 38 years old, North Tower 104th floor

Craig D. Montano was born on October 27, 1962 to Catherine and Richard Montano. He was the youngest of three children with two older brothers, Kevin and Richard. He grew up in Valley Stream, NY, and lived in Glen Ridge, NJ, in adulthood. Craig attended and graduated from George W. Hewlett High School in 1980 and Syracuse University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Craig met his sweetheart, Caren Mercer Montano, on their first day of college at Syracuse University and married her on May 9, 1992. Craig and Caren had three children together, Christa, age 7, Lucas, age 4, and Liam, age 1 (at the time of Craig’s passing). Craig was a devoted husband and father who always made time for his family. They remembered that whenever one of his children asked him for something or for his attention, he would never say “I’m busy” to them but would instead drop whatever he was doing to give them his full attention. He also enjoyed coaching his children’s soccer teams. Craig loved staying active and enjoyed skiing, surfing, and hiking. He also loved to cook and make cappuccinos. Craig stayed close with his parents and brothers and was known to be the center of his family, always the one to plan the vacations and get tickets for games. He was described by his friends and family as funny, happy, loving, and optimistic.

Craig worked as a securities broker for Cantor Fitzgerald on the 104th floor of the World Trade Center’s North Tower. He had worked for Cantor for three years and “absolutely loved” working there, said his mother, Catherine. He loved the work environment and made many friends with his co-workers, whose families would vacation together. On the morning of September 11, 2001, Craig was working on the 104th floor when Flight 11 struck the North Tower, leaving his floor and all of Cantor’s offices above the impassable impact zone. None of the firm’s attending employees survived the attack, including Craig. Though his life was sadly cut short on September 11th, Craig lives on forever in the loving memories he made while he was here and the beautiful legacy he leaves behind. He will never be forgotten.

WE WILL NEVER FORGET. ❤️🕊"
