“What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation...” – Glenn Close ☀️

Mental illness doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It ripples out, affecting the people who love us just as much as it affects us. But the moment we bring these struggles out of the shadows and talk about them openly, the shame starts to lose its grip.

If you or a loved one are looking for a community that pedaled through the dark and is ready to ride into the light with you, we’re here. Applications for our Cycle of Support program are officially open. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—let’s move forward together.

🚴🏾‍♂️ Back on the bikes and it felt good! 🙌🏾

Our first Saturday ride back since the Impact Ride was everything we needed — community, movement, and good energy. 💚

Thank you to everyone who continues to show up, support, and help us keep pedaling toward a healthier, stronger community.

As we hit the halfway point of the year, June brings longer days and a natural shift in seasons, making it the perfect time to pause, reflect, and protect your mental well-being.

If you’ve been feeling the rush lately, here are 3 quick ways to step off the treadmill of constant productivity and recalibrate this month:

🐢 Pace Calibrating: Intentionally slow down one routine daily action—like eating lunch or commuting—to break out of the constant rush.

📋 Energy Audit: Take advantage of the mid-year mark to step back and intentionally scale down commitments that are draining your mental energy.

🌅 Digital Sunset: Establish a firm evening cutoff time for all work notifications and screens to protect your sleep cycle as the daylight hours extend.

Let’s use this month to adjust our boundaries and protect our peace so we can finish the summer feeling recharged rather than depleted.

✨ Reminder: Speaking of taking a breath and clearing your mind, don’t forget that our next ride is happening tomorrow! There’s no better way to practice that “pace calibrating” tip than getting out on two wheels with the community. Hope to see you there!

👇 Which mental health tip are you practicing today? Let us know in the comments!

This June, let’s take a powerful stand. While the sun is shining, we are turning up the heat on a silent issue:

Men’s Mental Health Month, which is officially recognized this June! ♂💚

For too long, a dangerous silence has surrounded men’s mental health. We’ve been told to “man up,” to hide our feelings, to carry burdens in secret. This silent struggle has cost lives, destroyed relationships, and stifled potential. It is time to make a real change‼️

The Keep Pedaling Foundation is dedicated to this cause, and we have a very clear message that needs to be shouted from the rooftops:

Speak Up: You are not alone. There is power in your voice. Don’t let your silence be the final word.

Seek Help: Getting support is a strength, not a weakness. There are incredible resources, professionals, and communities ready to walk alongside you, including the Keep Pedaling Foundation 💚

Break the Stigma: The old ways of “toughing it out” don’t work. We must change the culture. Mental fitness is as crucial as physical fitness.

IT’S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY: This is the foundation of change. Accept your feelings without judgment. Accepting yourself is the first step to healing.

Your mental health is not a battle to be fought in secret. This June, let’s break the silence, break the stigma, and build a world where every man feels supported and empowered to thrive.

Take the first step. Share your story. Listen to another. And if you need it, seek help.

REMEMBER‼️ The Cycle of Support program is a great opportunity to help you take care of your mental health stay tuned for more information about it! ✨
