Here is another tip from us - To check if you need a new flapper, run your hand over the top of the flapper and if it turns black it is time to change it!

Tip of the week: Always, Always, Always make sure the electricity breaker is off when working on any light fixture, switch or outlet! Check it yourself don't rely on anybody else because some people don't know how to shut it off! ;D
