So far this year, I talked to a client who is shutting down his business. I told him he could count on me to help in any way possible.

Today, I found out a client died. I talked to his son and was able to help him with his Dad's emails.

Neither of these are why I went into business. They are just perks of solid relationship and caring about my clients.
