Another update on our restoration of this beautiful 1912 Pasadena Bungalow home. The moldings, bathroom tiles and flooring are almost all finished and we can start to see a little glimpse of what this finished product will look like. Primer has been set onto the walls and we are almost ready to give this home a fresh coat of paint! We also get a little glimpse of the new water heater system, installed by our trusted plumber, Brian, from Keithley Plumbing. Hope you folks enjoy the video.
