May reminded me of something important: sometimes I’m so focused on the next goal that I don’t take the time to acknowledge how far I’ve come.

I have a tendency to downplay my accomplishments and move quickly to what’s next, rather than celebrating the progress that got me here.

This month, I was honored to be recognized as one of the high achievers for May and to be awarded the opportunity to attend the Career Conference.

More than the recognition itself, these moments reminded me that consistency, perseverance, and showing up every day matter. The small wins, the lessons learned, and the effort invested over time all contribute to growth.

I’m ❤️ all my clients.. ya'll the best

Here’s a reminder—to myself and anyone else who needs it—that it’s okay to pause, reflect, and celebrate your progress. Not every achievement has to be monumental to be meaningful.

Ready to serve on higher levels. We ALL need to create and build legacy

Moment with a client.

She came in thinking estate planning was something she could “get to later.”

Life was busy. The kids, work, day-to-day responsibilities — it all felt more urgent than paperwork about the future.

But as we talked, something shifted.

She realized estate planning wasn’t about planning for the worst.
It was about making things easier for the people she loves if life ever took an unexpected turn.

We talked through what mattered most to her — her family, her wishes, the legacy she wanted to leave behind. When everything was clearly laid out, there was a sense of relief she didn’t expect.

She left knowing her intentions were documented, her family wouldn’t be left guessing, and her voice would still be heard when it mattered most.

That’s what estate planning is really about — peace of mind, clarity, and protecting the people you love.
