Moving to a new location? Make sure your furbabies are not only micro chipped but their information on your specific Pet Recovery sites are updated. It’s free to set-up the accounts.

Steps:
1. Ask your vet to scan your pet to see if your pet has a chip.
2. If so, ask for the chip number and if they know what company the chip is associated with. They can usually tell by the number/letter format.
3. Search online for the company. Ie 24PetWatch, Home Again
4. Create an account, look up your pet’s microchip number.
5. Add or update your information.

If you have already created the account but you don’t remember what email you used to set it up or your old email is inactive, call the company directly and a representative will help you.
