Competitive Solutions, Inc. Acquired by Bridgeview Legacy Holdings and Welcomes New CEO Rob Kornblum as Shane Yount Becomes Chairman

We’re proud to share that Competitive Solutions, Inc. has been acquired by Bridgeview Legacy Holdings, Inc., marking a bold next chapter in our 30-plus-year journey. As part of this transition, we welcome Rob Kornblum as our new CEO and President. Rob brings deep experience in venture capital, SaaS, & leadership systems across high-growth companies.

Shane Yount, who has led CSI through decades of growth and impact, will now serve as Chairman, where he will continue to be deeply engaged in leading, mentoring, and representing the CSI portfolio of capabilities across the organizations and industries we serve. He’ll continue working alongside Seth Davies and Paul Campbell, who also remain in leadership roles and as shareholders. Our mission, solutions, and client focus remain unchanged, only strengthened by this new era of growth.
