🚨 Aliceville High School has been awarded a $900,000 CHANCE Grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE)! 🚨

This transformational investment will empower Principal Hill, the faculty, and staff to reimagine what is possible for rural education and create a bold new future for Aliceville High School.
The CHANCE Grant will allow our school community to:

✅ Transform the culture of teaching and learning
✅ Leverage cutting-edge technology to prepare students for tomorrow's workforce
✅ Invest in high-quality professional learning for faculty and staff
✅ Expand innovative resources and opportunities for students
✅ Strengthen systems that prepare every student for college, career, and life success

The work begins NOW!

Over the next four days, our leadership team will come together with industry experts and the Pickens County Schools Central Office leadership team to develop the 🟡 Jacket Blueprint 🟡, a strategic roadmap designed to transform every aspect of the Aliceville High School experience.

Together, we will:

⭐ Streamline processes for greater efficiency
⭐ Build a culture of excellence and high expectations
⭐ Implement cutting-edge instructional and student support practices
⭐ Create stronger partnerships with families and the community
⭐ Position Aliceville High School as a model for innovation in rural education
