For decades, I’ve worked to help single moms find and keep housing for themselves and their family. Women rebuilding their lives from the ground up.
My dedication and persistence comes from own experiences as a single mom and having the honor to help so many moms along the way.
I’ve researched resources, and found that most of the shelters are full if not all. There are programs that have requirements that if you are unhoused, caring for kids, looking for a job… you may not have so it doesn’t qualify you for that particular program. My goal is to fill in the gap between the agencies and bring together a coalition so that no mom falls through the cracks at the end of the day. That means providing assistance during off hours, because not all crises happen from 9 to 5, partnering with local and global companies for jobs and training and creating a community of moms from all different phases of life to be of encouragement. We have a lot to do. I’m always open to volunteers if you’re able to help DM me.💛
