Cauliflower is growing great! And the lettuce in the big hoop house will soon be ready to harvest.

Here's a little snapshot of the progress made just this April!

New growth, planted in early April! Thanks to our volunteers, we were able to plant over 375 Patterson onions in the outdoor beds!

This season's crops, planted in the big hoop house. Planting started last year with onion and garlic and resumed this March.
