I tried to donate blood for the 1st time and was turned away. Apparently going for a brisk walk right before is not a good thing. since my pulse was too high to donate today. Besides walking outside in the fresh air🥶, I was also nervous and anxious as I've never done it before. Kind of sucks but now I know for next time!
