"And they came, bringing to Him a paralytic carried by four men. And when they could not get near Him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above Him, and when they had made an opening, they let down the bed on which the paralytic lay. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven." Mark 2:3-5 ESV

This Sunday, Pastor Jeff preached from Mark 2:1-12, sharing that Jesus reorders our priorities towards heaven's priorities, our eternity. We were reminded that faith is an active trust that brings people to an encounter with the living God. We were encouraged that even in places of paralyzing sin and sickness, Jesus speaks forgiveness and healing over us, inviting us to step off our mats, tear off the roof, and recieve more than what we came for.
