A Big Step Forward for ECBetaSolutions LLC

ECBetaSolutions LLC started in March 2021 in the heart of the pandemic—with one mission: to provide reliable, efficient, and forward-thinking IT solutions for businesses and healthcare providers across Michigan and beyond. Since then, we’ve proudly worked with clients ranging from small businesses to major organizations, including some MidMichigan Health facilities.

We’ve grown strategically over the years, forming official reseller partnerships with TP-Link, Crucial, Veeam and more, now we are actively exploring a formal partnership with Odoo, one of the world’s leading open-source CRM and ERP platforms. Our goal is to help clients modernize and automate their operations with streamlined, cloud-based systems.

Recently, we made a pivotal move by hiring our first official team member. After months of steady growth and client demand—especially in web systems and CRM implementation—we brought on a remote contractor for a maximum of 10 hours per week at a competitive rate of $12.88/hour plus commission for successful onboarding and sales.

We made the intentional choice to hire remotely and overseas for this role. It allowed us to find top-tier talent, deliver fair global pay, and invest in someone who aligned with our values and work ethic. What we didn’t expect was how quickly this individual would become one of the most valuable assets in the company—often contributing with more consistency and impact than even the founding members.

This individual is younger than myself, but operates with professionalism, initiative, and loyalty that we deeply respect. He’s playing a crucial role in helping us build out a dedicated Odoo service division—something we expect to scale in the months ahead.
