ABC News Trump says he won't run again if he loses in November
LALEE IBSSA
Former President Donald Trump said Sunday that he doesn't see himself running for president again if he loses in November.
"No, I don't. No, I don't," Trump responded to Sinclair Broadcast Group's "Full Measure" host Sharyl Attkisson's question about another run. "I don't see that at all. I think that, hopefully, we're going to be successful," he said.
With President Joe Biden's withdrawal from the 2024 election, Trump is now the oldest presidential nominee in history as age and mental acuity have become focal points in this year's election cycle.
This statement has no relevance because Joe Biden was and therefore will always be the oldest presidential nominee in history until somebody who is older than he was before he dropped out after members of his own political party urged him to do so because they questioned his mental acuity. Trump’s mental acuity has never been a valid concern by members of either party. The media only writes things like this to put suggestive ideas into the minds of people with low mental capacities in order to build on an ever-growing pile of negativity with the goal of slanting the votes at the ballot boxes to favor the Democratic party.
During his third presidential bid, Trump has balanced his courtroom appearances in the four criminal cases he faces with campaign stops.
This comment, which is completely off-topic from the rest of the article, was just thrown in to once again add to the negativity pile of stones that the press continues to throw in hopes of brain washing potential voters.
Trump was also asked about the possibility of Tulsi Gabbard or Robert F. Kennedy Jr., two former Democrats that have become surrogates for the Trump campaign, serving in his cabinet during a potential second administration and claimed that he made no promises to them.
"It doesn't mean anything. It means it could be, but I didn't make deals with anybody," Trump said about when asked about Kennedy serving as Health and Human Services secretary, as Kennedy's former running mate Nicole Shanahan suggested. "It's not appropriate to do it. It's too early."
This just goes to prove that Trump has been able to convert powerful and influential members of the opposing political party to support him because of bad decisions and an incompetent platform run by the Democratic party. Unable to find any inappropriate comments made by Trump on the issue, the media resorts to more drastic measures in their campaign of hate by simply interrupting the actual written article by inserting a link here that appears as a quote stating, 'We cannot accept this as Americans' This is actually a link that addresses the issue of the assassination attempts on Trump’s life and the potential dangers of the hate campaign supported by Democrats who oppose Trump’s bid for another term as president. People won’t bother to find that out. They will just read the highlighted quote in the link and believe that we cannot accept Trump and that they are better Americans for opposing him. If those people were more intelligent or not too lazy to click on the link to read the rest, they might discover that the opposite is true. The media banks on the odds that most people are either not very intelligent or are too lazy to find out the actual facts.
I do my best to keep an open mind about everything and I welcome conversations with people who have views that differ from my own because if they make valid points that are supported by facts that can be proven, I may learn something and would be grateful for gaining knowledge that would keep me from making a bad decision. Unfortunately, most people are too stubborn or too stupid to feel that way. Instead of saying thank you for enlightening me, they prefer to shut down, stop listening, change the subject or just get angry. By now, it is likely that most readers who are anti-Trump will not make it this far into what I have written because they are not willing to listen to any views that oppose their own regardless of how valid those views may be. I will take the time to present just one more example of media hype and how words are slanted to make things appear different than they really are. In a related article on Yahoo News that appeared below the previous one I just commented on, a reporter (and I use that term loosely) writes:
Earlier this summer, Trump refused to give a straight yes-or-no answer on whether he would accept the 2024 results.
There are so many negative connotations associated with the choice of words used in this sentence. Why couldn’t they have just written that Trump was undecided. Better yet, why include that sentence at all since during the recent debate, when Trump was asked the same question, his response was, ““If it’s a fair, legal and good election, absolutely.”
