McKINNEY – Oxland Group LLC has broken ground on the final phase of Painted Tree, a 1,100-acre master-planned community.

At buildout, the community will have 3,400 units including multifamily housing, detached townhomes, and cottages to larger single-family residences and custom homes.

Phase four will deliver the last 170 lots.

The community has 25 miles of hiking and walking trails, 200-acres of green space, a 20-acre lake, amenity centers with pools and playgrounds.

Construction on the homes began in 2021.
