Watching my son Miles compete in Special Olympics powerlifting, lifting over 100 pounds, reminded me of something we all need to hear: the greatest strength isn't always visible.

Miles is highly functioning autistic. He doesn't see limitations the way the world tries to define them. He sees possibility. He shows up. He lifts. He wins.

In business and in life, we're taught to focus on weaknesses. But what if we flipped that? What if we looked at what people bring to the table, not what they lack? Miles teaches me this every single day.

His achievement isn't just about the weight he lifted. It's about the power of believing in yourself when others might doubt. It's about showing up authentically and proving that different isn't less.

I'm inspired by my son every day. And I'm grateful for the reminder that possibilities are endless when we stop limiting ourselves.
