I’m not pregnant yet!!

Buuuuut I bought this book pre-pregnancy so I could read it cover to cover before I start growing a tiny human 💙 👶
I’m only 2 chapters in and holy moly it’s a game changer already!!! touches on it all like why this matters, food, meal plans, supplements, exercise, toxins, stress and mental health, the fourth trimester, and so much more.
I love absorbing all the information I can before stepping into anything; so gaining wisdom before we embark on this incredible adventure has been so exciting for me! I can’t recommend her book enough ❤️

my favorite thing about Young Living is the *possibilities*.
It is whatever I need it to be. I can tailor it to specifically meet my needs, my family’s needs, and to fit whatever current season I’m in. DIYs have quickly become one of my favorite money-saving tricks.
I ran out of a hormone balancing roller, an immune roller, and 2 different face oils; but it didn’t cost me any extra money to fill all of those up 🙌 Yes, you have to put money down in the beginning to buy a bulk case of amber glass bottles or labels...but once you do it ends up lasting forever. This past year was full of transitions and huge blessings. You quit the restaurant industry, accepted a corporate job (which you're KILLING), swam with dolphins, went scuba diving in Grand Cayman, graduated from UNT, and found a new sport you love 🏌️‍♂️
I'm so thankful I get to call you my husband and experience all life has to offer as a team. I love building a foundation with you that our legacy will walk on. You lead our family so well and honor God in the process.
