So excited, trying my hand at cultivating a pepper crop. I learned about the grandfather to almost all the peppers we eat is the ONLY native pepper to North America. It's a crazy plant and flavor apparently, and I found some heirloom seeds. I'll be making a traditional hot sauce based on recipes from Sinaloa Mexico
