Every person's path is different. For some, that path includes living with a disability. It may bring unique challenges, unexpected detours, and obstacles that others never have to face—but it also reveals incredible strength, resilience, creativity, and determination.

A disability does not determine a person's worth, potential, or future. Dreams remain valid. Talents remain valuable. Purpose remains unchanged.

Let's build a world where people are recognized for their abilities, respected for their individuality, and given equal opportunities to thrive.

Because while a disability may shape the journey, it should never define the destination.

Many times, I am asked if a woman that lives with Cerebral Palsy can have children?
My answer : Silence.

DAY 30: SEE THE PERSON BEFORE THE DISABILITY

As we conclude our 30 Days of Disability Etiquette, we leave you with the most important lesson of all:

A disability is only one part of a person's identity—it does not define who they are.

❌ Don't let a disability be the first or only thing you notice.

❌ Don't reduce people to a diagnosis or condition.

✅ See their personality.

✅ Recognize their talents, dreams, and potential.

✅ Treat every person with dignity, respect, and kindness.

When we choose to see the person before the disability, we create a world where everyone belongs.
