Allen’s momentum as a center for innovation is accelerating.
Gillett Commercial has selected Allen for its newest project: Allen Place, a 109,000-square-foot office and flex development along US 75.
Purpose-built for innovation-driven companies, Allen Place is designed to support life sciences, technology, R&D, and high-finish manufacturing users who need flexible, high-performance space.
Allen is focused on attracting technology companies and Allen Place reflects that commitment, offering the kind of premium, future-ready environment growing firms are seeking.
Construction begins this year, with completion anticipated in fall 2027.

Gillett Commercial to bring 109,000 square feet of office, flex space to Allen Gillett Commercial purchased 6.64 acres of land located along US 75 from the Allen Economic Development Corp. for a 109,000-square-foot project named Allen Place, according to a June 8 news release.
It seems like just yesterday we welcomed MD7 from San Diego to their new home in Allen, Texas. Now, just four years into their time at One Bethany West, they’ve already outgrown their original space and are expanding!
