Owner and chef, George Hedary, hand rolls the sirloin stuffed grape leaves. He then lines them up tightly one by one in a pot so they stay put and don’t unravel while slow cooking. It’s a passed down by his parents, Antoine and Leila, that creates a tender, savory that you have to taste to understand.
