Jeremy Stones role as the Field Supervisor includes the following: Jeremy is responsible for leading the daily operations of the fire sprinkler service department in the field. This position oversees inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and emergency service work while ensuring compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company safety policies. The Service Field Supervisor provides technical support to technicians, maintains customer relationships, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Supervise and support fire sprinkler service technicians performing inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and emergency service calls.
● Schedule and coordinate daily field activities to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
● Perform routine job site visits to ensure quality workmanship, code compliance, and adherence to company safety standards.
● Review inspection reports, service documentation, and deficiency reports for accuracy and completeness.
● Assist technicians with diagnosing complex system issues and developing repair solutions.
● Coordinate repair work, material needs, and follow-up service with customers and office staff.
● Ensure all inspection, testing, and maintenance activities comply with NFPA 25, applicable local codes, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
● Train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians while promoting professional growth and accountability.
● Manage service vehicle, tool, and equipment usage while maintaining inventory control.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, inspectors, property managers, and contractors.
● Respond to customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
