We took a service-design–first approach, carefully mapping how patients, families, and caregivers interact with Epic at different touchpoints. The result is a clear, human-centered experience where patients and clients can easily understand the company, its services, and its values, while caregivers can seamlessly explore roles and apply without friction.

Every page, interaction, and flow was crafted to reduce confusion, build trust, and make access to care and hiring feel simple and approachable. Built on Webflow, the platform is flexible, scalable, and easy for the Epic team to manage as they grow.
