We are in DESPERATE need of foster families for BOTH dogs and cats. Want to take on a new furry best friend and give them a much needed break from the shelter?

A few days, a few weeks, or a couple of months will greatly help the animal and will also tremendously help us right now. We provide all medical care. We also provide food if needed. You provide the home and love.💗 They have their bags packed and are waiting!

Fostering Saves Lives!

An update from Rowan's 'dogventure' with one of our staff members.

"The adventures of Rowan! Rowan spent the weekend with me. While I'm an employee and not a Volunteer, I know he has some fans on here!! He fits in flawlessly with the five pugs! The crabby one has kept him on his toes. He takes correction well when he is rude. From both the dogs and the cats. He does want to chase the kitties if they run, but it's short-lived because most of my cats have trained a dog or 2 in their years here. They put Rowan right in his place.

He slept in bed with me last night all by himself. I didn't want to leave him unattended with any other pets just yet. He has had zero accidents in the house and I strongly suggest a dog friend in his new home!!! He will be coming back to spend more time in foster. He seems like a piece of cake compared to my past fosters."

From Kuma's foster family, "He has been around our dog and enjoys trotting around in the yard after him! He's not sure how to play, but he follows around and tippy-taps at the excitement around him."
