We’ve officially hit another major milestone.

The framing is now complete, including the entire second story. The layout is fully taking shape with all three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and the open concept kitchen and living area now framed in.

We’ve also completed the rough plumbing and electrical, and at this point I’m waiting on the fire sprinkler installation and final approval before moving into insulation and drywall.

Every week this project gets one step closer to becoming a finished home, and I’m documenting the entire process from permits and inspections to construction costs, design decisions, and everything in between.
