How to leave a successful voice message: (In the vocal sound of Chris Rock)
1. Leave a message. Only messages from the dead are silent. Blank messages are not returned.
2. If you do leave a message, we need your call back number first. No number, no call back.
3. If you leave a call back number, we do not need your vehicles build history. This is a call, not a car show.
4. Make sure you have cell service. We...ca..t. understa...... to......call u.......ack.
5. Call once, and leave ONE message. Other people would like the opportunity to leave a message.
6. Wait patiently. There could be many reasons we didn't answer. We could be on the sh***er, on the phone, or in the back working with another customer, or perhaps asleep, as it is 2am. This isn't Amazon fulfillment.
7. Make sure your phone accepts messages or takes phone calls from numbers it does not recognize. We return all calls at least once, that ful-fill 1 through 6.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
It is amazing the lengths people will go to for follows or internet drama.
Warning: We use recycled materials at our shop. If you DO NOT like recycled materials, tell us. We will happily invoice you for a new box, and provide new foam at no charge. If we had to repack your supercharger in a different box, it was likely because you poorly packed it to get it here.
We have a customer STAGING photos of their supercharger return on the internet. If you have intelligence, you can see it is staged, as you will see signs of our proper process in the background
Here is our packing method. Jon himself, packs over 90% of the superchargers that leave our shop. This is his way of making sure the customer has been cared for.
Here is our process:
All superchargers are sealed one of two ways.
1. All entrances are gorilla taped and vacuum ports capped.
2. The supercharger will be vacuum sealed in 5mil bag.
All superchargers are packed the following ways:
1. Box is inspected for size and damage. If the box has external damage, a good condition, previously used box will be used as we recycle. If you didn't get your old box back, it was because it was too small or had previous shipping damage that would place your item into danger. If there is no suitable recycled box available, we SELL you a NEW box.
If the item weighs under 30lbs, it could possibly packed with recycled content.
2. Foam machined box base, then supercharger is placed into this cradle. Once in place, recycled content is placed along all sides and new foam will glue this content together. Once the foam has finished expanding, any old parts that were replaced will be placed on the top, with more foam content placed on this. Since foam doesn't spray flat as a board, recycled content will be placed on the top to fill any small voids.
3. If the customer packed it very well with their own content, we will use their system, out of respect for the time they took to do it right.
Enjoy photos of items that were just prepped for shipping. We must be doing something right, for people to go out of their way to invent something wrong. Usually it comes from people that were so disrespectful during the process, that we moved them to cash/bank payment only (here's your sign). This is there way of attempting to get back at us.

A $1000 plus packing mistake.
If you follow our posts, we may seem like a broken record. Shipping damage always destroys the hopes of a fast turnaround. Not only does it cost more, the parts need to be located. Sometimes it requires welding, machining, or powdercoating. All this takes more time, and can delay the customer after you.
