Summer PSA from your ortho team: do not forget your retainer! 😄 Whether you are at camp, on a road trip, or just enjoying lazy days at home, your retainer still needs to be part of the routine. It is what keeps all that hard work locked in.
Pro tip: keep it in a bright-colored case so it never disappears into a napkin at lunch. 🙈
