🏡 Renovate… or build new?
If you’ve outgrown your home, your first instinct may be to add on or renovate. Sometimes that’s the right choice—but in Northern Virginia, it’s worth asking one more question:
Are you maximizing one of the most valuable pieces of real estate you’ll ever own?
Consider this example:
You own a home in Alexandria worth $950,000, with much of that value tied to the land.
Option 1: Renovate
