PASS is hiring! Are you a skilled finance and operations professional with at least 5 years of experience... a real Quickbooks super hero!

PASS, a public policy, humanitarian, and managed services organization based in Old Town Alexandria, is seeking a Finance and Operations Associate to join its team. As the FOA, you will oversee financial and operational functions for PASS and its DBA: PASS workspaces. You will also serve as the managing director of PWS, ensuring its smooth operation and managing day-to-day financial activities.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks, financial management, and business development, with experience in program pricing and budgeting. You will be responsible for managing finance and operations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing policies to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of experience in financial and operational management. Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and strong analytical skills. International experience in the nonprofit or humanitarian sector is also desirable.
