We're looking forward to sharing a transformative sound bath experience at Mallard Lakes and possibly joining Michelle at Fenwick Beach for her incredible beach yoga classes. WHAT: Sound Bath Meditation, Relaxation & some Yoga!

WHEN: WEDNESDAY – JULY 2ND, 2025, 10 AM

WHERE: Mallard Lakes Beach / Dock across front tennis courts. Alternate weather location inside Admin building.

WHY: Community Fun for some Meditation with sounds from crystal sound bowls and chimes and more! A great way to relax, let go, and rejuvenate. No prior experience needed.

HOW: Bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, bug spray, and a positive attitude.
