We’re excited to announce that, beginning in July 2021 and moving forward into our future, Ad 2 DC will be closer than ever with our umbrella association, AAF DC! We are currently adapting how our club operates and how it is organized internally, with the hopes that this builds stronger connections both internally and externally for our club. Please note, for current and prospective members, that your Ad 2 membership will not change and you’ll continue to be able to join, learn, and grow as a member of Ad 2 DC. Happy Pride Month! Ad 2 DC recognizes this time as a celebration for how far the LGBTQIA+ community has come in the fight for equality. And yet, we also view this month as a protest to raise awareness on the need for further protections and expanding rights for these individuals. In the advertising space where influence is paramount, we encourage young professionals to continue pushing for visibility and equal rights both within the workplace and on their campaigns.
