Not only was this the first of the “Dueling MarshBashes of 1985“, but it was also the occasion of LIVE AID in London and Philadelphia!!!

On this day… June 10, 1989, we had the “decade of decadence“ MarshBash with those great T-shirts. The next day, we all went up to Plaza Del Mercado to enjoy the rally for Damien Einstein after he was fired from the “New“ WHFS. Bonnie Raitt was there and various others, including the great founding member and drummer of Little Feat - Richie Hayward! Who else remembers that interesting concert which took place about 1 mile away from MarshBash?
