We are approaching the end of the year for our gap-year interns. They are moving on to medical school and on their way to achieve big things. I'm going to miss them so much 😭😭😭 but so excited for them to reach their goals! Will I cry? YES. But they will be happy tears.

It's high time we prioritize ourselves. Just like air safety protocols, you have to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. Well, it's time to prioritize ourselves so we aren't pouring from empty cups! A few ways I'm taking back control of my wellness:

💪🏽personal trainer

💪🏽no unpaid work after I leave the office, that means ignoring text messages asking for skin advice

💪🏽daily outdoor time: whether its walking or badminton with kids

💪🏽no screens for 2 hours before bed
