Los Cuates Coors is looking for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant.
Note that this role requires working in shifts and, occasionally, during evenings or weekends. Ultimately, you’ll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots)
Set up workstations before meal prep begins
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor

Los Cuates on Lomas is currently seeking to fulfill a Host/Hostess position. Los Cuates is a fast paced, locally owned restaurant with a long-standing reputation in the community of being family oriented, for over 40 years. Duties and responsibilities include:
-Welcoming guests and offering them our specials
-Always treat guests kindly and with a smile
-Assigning guests to appropriate seating and rotating between staff

The host/hostess position is a vital role here at Los Cuates. You will be the first impression our guests see of our restaurant. Having a friendly demeaner is required.

Los Cuates is looking to hire experienced servers at our Lomas Blvd location. Applicants must be friendly, hard working, team oriented, honest, comfortable with food and liquor service.

Los Cuates is open from 11am-9pm. Previous food service is required. A valid alcohol certification is needed. POS system knowledge is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Open availability is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting guests, offering menu assistance, offering specials, order taking, delivering food and beverages, follow up, guest retention, cleaning, sanitizing, side work, team work of all varieties, reporting thoroughly to management, being responsible for cash and credit payments, etc.
