In observance of the New Year Holiday, we will be closed January 1st to be with our families. We will open on January 2nd at regular business hours.

As we head into the end of the year, just a reminder that a few common DOT compliance items are coming due. Taking care of these now can make January a lot easier.
Items typically due around year-end / early January:
• UCR renewal – due Dec 31
• IFTA renewal & Q4 filing – due Jan 31
• Weight Distance Tax (WDT) – due Jan 31 (if applicable)
• FMCSA Clearinghouse annual query
• Drug & Alcohol Consortium enrollment / renewal
• Driver Qualification (DQ) file annual reviews
Consortium heads-up:
Companies that sign up for the Drug & Alcohol Consortium by January 2 will receive the $250 rate. After January 2, the annual fee increases to $500 per company.
