Join Zhenya for an afternoon dedicated to healing the womb. This ceremony and workshop will be focused on the female body however this wisdom can be applied for all genders including those who identify as inters*x and trans and male.
Our wombs are our creative center and hold deep wisdom. Learn about the ways that we can use herbs, teas and herbal steaming to cleanse and purify the womb, healing s*xual trauma, ancestral trauma and bringing health and balance back to these vital reproductive organs.
Zhenya will share how to set up a pelvic steam, talk about contraindications and beneficial herbs. She will also share songs and meditations.

Zhenya Novareign has been studying traditional medicine and integrative bodywork since 2006. She holds certifications in Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy and specializes in therapeutic yoga to enhance hormonal balance as well as prenatal yoga and yoga for postpartum healing. Her programs are rooted in holistic and ancient methods to help those struggling with infertility and reproductive system dysfunctions address their issues at the core so that they can have the energy and vitality to thrive.
