Fei's Cafe is in need of kitchen help and is looking for the right candidate!

This job requires applicant(s) to help prepare food, cook, and clean in a small kitchen. Applicants must have basic knowledge of how to handle food and kitchen equipment safely, have strong communication skills, and good organizational skills. Applicants must also have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Kitchen help must have basic kitchen experience. This means being able to cook in a kitchen while maintaining a clean and safe area, prepping/cutting meat and vegetables on separate cutting boards and with separate kitchen tools, sweeping/mopping/dumping trash at the end of the day, and washing and drying dishes/kitchen utensils.

Please note, food that is prepared in this kitchen must not be cross-contaminated as this is a restaurant that serves vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Diet restrictions must be taken very seriously: meat, peanuts, etc.
