Manifest For Life

The most potent spiritual enlightenment is the recognition that “I’m at choice.” There is nothing that exists outside of me that has authority over my spirit, my life, or my being. It’s just me. Choosing. Learning. Expanding awareness. That’s the journey. That’s it. No fanfare. No fireworks. No ultimate illumination. Just me. Choosing.

Being planted in the “ground of what is” may be the single most useful concept in support of integration, peace, and wellbeing. The past several months the “ground” has been mysterious, shifting, and hard to come by at times. To build “ground” is to first remember the truth of who you are (a spark of the divine), and lean in. Lean in deeply. Lean in. Listen.

Beyond the tethers of our human experience is love. Inside the human experience is also love. We and “it” are woven from the same thread—and that thread is love. This is the kind of love that manifests universes, starlight, beings across all spectrums and dimensions. It’s limitless, unconditional, and totally accessible. For just a moment, allow yourself to receive it. I like to picture this “love” like a sun shining brightly upon me and me soaking it up without effort. You will feel the power of the unconditional life force that is love and know, even if momentarily, the truth of who you are.

We can be nothing less than light. Nothing less than a spark of the divine emanation. As shifts in consciousness take hold we can more readily see our totality in the oneness. For we can never be less than oneness. Never less than whole. There are not two worlds; no us and them, no heaven and hell, no divinity and humanity. It is all one thing. This awareness does not minimize human suffering but rather brings is into knowing that suffering is simply part of our experience as a spiritual being of light, not as a separate thing occurring outside of that light. 💕
