Merry Christmas 🎄

If you’re not feeling festive this holiday season, it’s ok. You’re not alone. If the holidays are hard for you, you’re not alone in that either.

Wherever you are today, whatever you’re doing, I hope our judgy little reindeer brings you some small bit of joy.

Probably won’t make it anywhere to see the fall colors this year, so here are some of my faves from years past.

New Mexico has some gorgeous spots to catch the leaves. Our faves are Aspen Vista in Santa Fe, and 4th of July Canyon east of Albuquerque.

Our first Yankees home game was ✨everything✨

The food? Top tier. Tiramisu in a helmet, meatballs with cheesy garlic bread… so good!

The seats? Squishy. I’ve never been so comfortable watching baseball, and I have watched a LOT of baseball.

We had six little boys sitting near us, two of them were Tigers fans, and they all were heckling everyone with the best of them. They made everything even more fun.

The game didn’t go our way, but we still had so much fun. There’s something special about packing onto a train with people who’re fans of the same thing as you, full of excitement.

We went into the city, to see a marching band.

We braved the rain to buy merch bright & early (scored the Boston limited shirt!), and saw the best show I’ve ever seen in my life.

Sometimes, you just need to feel the ocean breeze in your hair and the sunshine on your cheeks 🫶🏻
