How do you turn an old Jiffy L**e building into a and with and room for and sand in ?

Modulus Design did just that with bold colors, steel, and wood finishes for Duke City Beaches. With this warm and casual industrial design - we utilize the existing garage doors and add open outdoor patio spaces to accommodate sand, community, and fun!
