You got to stop the scroll. The 1st frame (3secs matter)
You put a lot of time in filming and editing your business videos. They can be 10 seconds long or 5min. How ever long a lot of your valuable time and effort went into it. These platforms are all about scrolling. If the first frame (or cover frame) is not interesting to people, why would they push play.
We are up against a lot of noise and competition for peoples attention. So win the first battle, get them to watch.
Then let the creative do the heavy lifting.
Do not let the platform select the frame and never let it be a solid black frame.

Make it interactive.
