This week at Chatter! Violin duo of Vijay Gupta and Greg Ewer perform music by Prokofiev, Leclair, Kenji Bunch, and Reena Esmail. Vijay Gupta is an esteemed violinist and social justice advocate, founder and Artistic Director of Street Symphony, a nonprofit organization providing musical engagement, dialogue and teaching artistry for homeless and incarcerated communities in Los Angeles. Vijay is a 2018 MacArthur Fellow. Greg Ewer, hailed by the New York Times for his “refinement and spirit,” is a member of the Oregon Symphony and founder and artistic director of 45th Parallel.
