💜 Caregiver Spotlight: Angelica Vargas 💜

This week, we're proud to recognize Angelica Vargas, who has been a valued member of the Simplicity Home Care family since September 30, 2025. Angelica provides exceptional care to our veterans and clients throughout the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

Angelica chose to become a caregiver because she believes the profession is built on empathy, compassion, and love. With a background in nutrition and healthcare, she finds great fulfillment in helping others every day while continuing to grow personally and professionally.

When asked what it means to serve veterans, Angelica shared that it is an honor to care for those who have sacrificed so much for our country. While she is committed to providing outstanding care to every client, she says serving veterans carries a special sense of admiration and gratitude.

Outside of work, Angelica enjoys watching movies, reading, mountain biking, staying active at the gym, and exploring new places. She's also excited to relearn roller skating! Looking toward the future, Angelica plans to continue improving her English by returning to in-person classes and hopes to become a Medical Assistant in the United States, building on the experience she gained in Mexico.

Angelica's dedication to learning, her compassionate heart, and her commitment to providing exceptional care make her an outstanding member of our team. We are incredibly grateful to have her serving our veterans and helping them remain safe and independent in their own homes.
